These terms apply to your use of the MarMax Auto Spa LLC ("MarMax," "we," "us") website, booking tools, messaging channels, and detailing services. By booking or using our services, you agree to them.
Prices shown on this website are starting prices by vehicle size. Final pricing may vary with vehicle condition, size, and options chosen, and is confirmed before work begins. Paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, and fleet services are quoted individually.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Our current cancellation and deposit terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
For mobile appointments, you are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location where detailing is permitted, including any building or garage permissions. Service areas and any travel charges are confirmed at booking.
Please remove valuables and personal items before service. Pre-existing damage — including chips, scratches, clear-coat failure, and worn interiors — may be noted before work begins. Detailing and correction improve appearance but cannot remove all defects.
Payment is due when service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Corporate and fleet accounts may be invoiced under separate terms.
Program: MarMax Auto Spa sends appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, customer care replies, and — only if you opt in — occasional offers.
How you opt in: by texting us, providing your number on a booking or contact form with the consent box checked, or asking our team to text you.
